At Woodhaven, Youth Grow in Wisdom...
Our ministry philosophy at Woodhaven is to empower and encourage young people to become disciples of Christ and return to minister to others around them. We believe in authentic worship, relevant Bible Study and healthy fellowship. The youth program at Woodhaven is for 7-12 grade.
Bible Study
Youth meet for Bible study each Sunday morning at 9:15am. Each teacher has a great love for young people and we utilize creative teaching methods that focus on biblical truth for and allow for discussion and hands on learning.
Wednesday Nights at "The Well"
Meeting on Wednesday evenings (September-May) at 6:15pm-7:30pm, our youth are engaged in "The Well," a combination of Bible study, worship and local missions. Each week is a little different! Our goal is to create a space where youth can experience God with equal parts of study, praise and service.
Sunday Night Live (SNL)
On Sunday evenings (September-May) from 6:00pm-8:00pm, we gather for a snack supper and time of fun and fellowship. We build loving Christian relationships with each other through games (even really messy ones!), mission projects and other creative events.
