At Woodhaven, Adults Find Purpose...
Sunday morning adult Bible study classes are also available at 9:15am. Classes are organized based on age clusters and life situations, whether married or single. Each group encourages and arranges fellowship connections and opportunities.
Men and Women Discipleship Groups meet regularly in the evenings. Small Groups are continually being formed to meet needs and reach out to our community.
Senior Adults
One of the strengths of Woodhaven is the balance of our age groups, from infants to senior adults. A vital part of this balance is our Senior Adult Ministry. Approximately seventy adults make up this group. Some of our "Seasoned" adults are still employed, some retired and some are home bound.
Woodhaven's Senior Adult Ministry includes: Bible study, fellowship, evenings out, day trips, extended trips, inter-generational activities and ministry projects. Our seniors teach in Bible study and small groups, active on church committees and councils, serve as deacons, and are involved in ushering and preschool child care during worship services.
