Children’s Worship

Children’s Worship is offered on Sunday mornings during the 10:30 a.m. worship service for children in Kindergarten through grade 3. Children’s Worship gives kids the opportunity to experience an age-appropriate, special worship time tailored for them.

During Children’s Worship, kids will learn and sing worshipful songs to Jesus and participate in hands-on activities to learn a Bible point. Children have special prayer time to thank God and reflect on what they have learned.

We hope that these interactive, participatory Bible learning and worship experiences will help children grow a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

When there is a fifth Sunday in the month, Children’s Worship does not meet, and children participate in the regular worship services with their parents.

How to KOW:

  • Pick up your elementary age children after Sunday School, and take them with you to the sanctuary. (Infants and preschoolers have continuous care from 9:10 – 11:30 a.m. for Sunday School through Worship.)
  • During the 10:30 a.m. worship service, children K – grade 3 are dismissed, and an adult volunteer takes them to Children’s Worship in the Multipurpose Room. (Typically, there is a brief “children’s time” early in the worship service, and the children leave afterward.)
  • Parents pick up children from the Multipurpose Room after the worship service.
