Children's Special Events

Woodhaven offers a variety of events and activities throughout the year for elementary-aged children.

We hope you and your children will be able to take advantage of some of these activities as we fill the year with opportunities for faith, fellowship and fun!

Annual Fall Festival & Trunk or Treat

In the parking lot at Woodhaven Baptist Church
FREE!

Bring your family and friends for an evening of fun carnival games, bouncy house, food and Trunk or Treat! Wear your favorite non-spooky costume. (Volunteers needed for games, baked goods and trunk decorating.) Contact Emily Hayne at emily@woodhaven.org for details.

Wake Up to Worship!

9:10 a.m. Bible Study for all ages, and childcare for little ones
10:30 a.m. Worship in the Sanctuary (Kids grades K - 3 may participate in Kids Own Worship. Childcare provided for infants and preschoolers.)

Get Your Sneakers On...

It's time for our annual Hunger Walk to raise money to help families in need. All children are invited to meet at Woodhaven at 6:00 p.m. on Wed., Oct. 11, to walk laps around the church and collect pledges for our World Hunger Offering.

 

It's Fall Festival time! Food, fun and Trunk or Treat for the Woodhaven community. 

 

Come for breakfast and stories from our mission trip participants!

Time for Breakfast!

Bring the family on the first Sunday of each month at 8:30 a.m. for a home-cooked breakfast. Feed the kids with no fuss, just in time for Sunday School!

And no tummies will growl during Worship. :-)
