Valentine's Fundraising Banquet

Wow! We did it! It was a little rainy outside, but it definitely was a winter wonderland inside on Feb. 10. Many thanks to all the youth, parents, other volunteers and church friends who helped to pull this year's Valentine's banquet together.

Special thanks to: Dave and Tracy Myers for the delicious food; David Abercrombie for the Disney-esque audio visual support; Cynthia Thelen for directing our rehearsals and coordinating the program with Zac; Kimber-len, Caroline, Benjamin and Grace for their artistic talents; Carol Clark, Sheila Abercrombie, Heather Simmons, Doug Smith and the youth and adult decorating team; Amy Fisher and team for making the courtyard magical; Tom Williams for loaning us the rear projection unit and lighting; Sharon Baker for loaning the goblets; and Brenda Morton for loaning table linens.

We're also so proud of the youth who bravely emceed and shared their gifts during the program. See, it wasn't so bad, was it?

Lastly, we are very thankful for the Woodhaven family and friends who attended, gave donations and are keeping our youth mission trips in their prayers.

Youth Council Schedule

Youth Council typically meets on the first Sunday of the month (usually), from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall.
