Children’s Worship
Children’s Worship is offered on Sunday mornings during the 10:30 a.m. worship service right after children’s time in the sanctuary. Children’s Worship is for children in Kindergarten through grade 3. Children’s Worship gives kids the opportunity to experience an age-appropriate, special worship time tailored for them.
During Children’s Worship, kids will learn and sing worshipful songs to Jesus and participate in hands-on activities to learn a Bible point. Children have special prayer time to thank God and reflect on what they have learned.
We hope that these interactive, participatory Bible learning and worship experiences will help children grow a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
How to Participate in Children’s Worship:
- Take your elementary age children with you to the sanctuary for worship. (Infants and preschoolers have continuous care from 9:10 – 11:30 a.m. for Sunday School through Worship.)
- During the 10:30 a.m. worship service, children K – grade 3 are dismissed once children’s time is over, and an adult volunteer takes them to Children’s Worship in the Multipurpose Room. (Typically, there is a brief “children’s time” early in the worship service.)
- Parents pick up children from the Multipurpose Room after the worship service.
