6:10 – 7:10 p.m. CLASSES & ACTIVITIES for all ages
7:15 – 8:15 p.m. WORSHIP CHOIR REHEARSAL
Our church reaches families across southwest Wake County and folks who commute throughout the Triangle. With the challenges of gathering family members on a weeknight, we’re experimenting with a new schedule. Come, test it out!

Welcome to Wednesdays at Woody’s! Each Wednesday night from September through May, Woodhaven offers a chance to dig into spiritual questions with short-term book studies and Bible-based discussion groups. It’s a chance to share joyful moments and concerns and pray together.

We feel that this face-to-face time for reflection and fellowship is an important investment each week – to connect more closely with Christ and each other. Discipleship programs are available for children and youth. Preschool activities and nursery care are also offered, so bring the whole family. Friends and community members are welcome!

Feeling musical? We’re saving a seat for you on Wednesday nights with Ways to Praise (children’s music) and the Worship Choir (adults of all ages, youth and up). No auditions or musical experience is required. Just come on and make some joyful noise!

Join us for dinner, too!

During our September – May program, we’ll do the cooking for you on Wednesdays! We offer continuous dinner service from 5:15 – 6:05 p.m. to allow folks to round up the kids and wrestle with rush hour. Reservations are due by 5:00 p.m. on the Monday prior to the meal.
  • Adults: $6.00
  • Children ages 3 – 13: $4.00
  • Children under age 3: Free
  • Family Maximum: $16.00

PRESCHOOL – GR. 5

Preschoolers & Children:

On a Mission!

Wednesdays, Sept. 4 – Dec. 4
6:10 – 7:10 p.m.

No RSVP necessary! Preschoolers will be learning about missions on Wednesday nights. What is a missionary? What do they do? How does our church “do” missions? Best of all, preschoolers will learn that they can be a missionary and share God’s love with others!

Children will begin each Wednesday night with music. We’ll alternate weeks between missions and what it means to be a Christian. During missions activities, we’ll learn about some of the missionaries our church supports and do some of our own mission projects. On the alternate weeks, we’ll talk about the questions children have about Woodhaven, Christian faith, and how to follow Jesus.

STUDENTS GR. 6 – 12

Youth: Bible Basics

Led by Terri Stratton

Wednesdays, Sept. – Dec.
6:10-7:10 p.m. in Youth Haven

We’ll be hitting THE book on Wednesday nights. It may be back to school time, but the best stuff to learn is in the Bible. We’ll explore how we got the Bible and whether or not we can trust that the Bible truly is the Word of God. Then we’ll throw in some anatomy… of the Bible! How is it organized? Who are the authors? What are the main themes of each book? Finally, we’ll wrap up with practical advice on how to build good Bible study habits. Each week, we’ll have a challenge to apply what we’re talking about.
